White Oaks likes to give where we live. We support local Niagara non-profit charitable organizations that align with our company vision and beliefs. We support organizations with a strong focus on wellness, the world we live in, and family in order to improve the human experience.

Charities We've Worked With

Over the years, White Oaks has had the pleasure of working with many great organizations throughout Niagara.

Donations of new pajamas to the annual PJ Program helped to provide 496 children with brand new, warm pajamas and books just in time for the holiday season. Imagine our surprise when staff at White Oaks Resort continued their generosity into the new year with a donation of hats and mittens. We are very thankful for the incredible generosity and ongoing support of families in Niagara.

White Oaks supports programs and organizations in Niagara that help make the community better, stronger and more vibrant place. The WO team provided an unbelievable event experience for our supporters of our Celebrity Ice Cup and was able to take our vision to a whole new level. Their support for Hotel Dieu Shaver runs through every aspect of operations. We can’t thank them enough.

Niagara College has had a long and strong relationship with White Oaks and the Wakil family. White Oaks has been very generous in financially supporting our students and hiring our graduates. We have also collaborated on projects like the WO Sustainable Garden Project which give our students learning opportunities outside of the classroom. We are privileged to have White Oaks as our neighbour.

We thank you for your interest however, we are unable to donate to:

Stag and Doe
Individuals or individual families
Schools
For profit organizations, scholarships, employee recognition events, professional development seminars or conferences (unless an active customer with an event booked at White Oaks)
Political or lobbying groups
Sports team, jersey or individual athletic sponsorships (unless an active Team Member at White Oaks)
Any organization known to exclude based on race, gender, orientation, religion or any other discrimination

Due to the large volume of donation requests, we require the following online form to be completed. The following criteria must be met:

Request must made 3 months in advance of event
Donations will be made via Gift Certificate for hotel, spa, club, dining or White Oaks services as determined by White Oaks
Must be a not-for-profit charitable organization with a CRA charitable registration number

White Oaks will respond to all submitted requests within 3 weeks. Limited to one donation per year. White Oaks is unable to provide cash donations, food or product donations.
