Upper Studio

The Upper Studio (Studio 12/13), located in the private wing of the Conference Centre, accommodates parties of 130 guests in chic elegance. A glass-enclosed staircase leads to the private reception area, featuring a gas fireplace, fashionable furnishings, and a breathtaking escarpment view.
Garden Studio
Capacity: 30- 60
The Garden Studio Room (Studio 4,5,6) is located on the first level of the newly expanded Conference Centre. The muted colour tones provide the perfect palate to inspire creativity in décor accents. With views and access to the lovely gardens, this Studio is suitable for intimate parties of 60 guests.
Garden Tent
Capacity: 50-100
Celebrate under the stars surrounded by the lush gardens of White Oaks. This open-air space can host up to 100 guests under its draped canopy with sparkling chandeliers. If the skies decide to open and let the rain come down, the tent can easily be enclosed with waterproof side panels to keep your guests comfy and dry. Please note that a surcharge of $1000++ applies for this space which is available Friday and Sunday only.
Play Reserve

This stylish party room event space in Niagara is great for bridal showers, bachelorettes and celebrations. Have a great private meal with friends and family with the flexibility to walk around chat.
Garden Ceremony

Few things are more beautiful than an outdoor ceremony…the bride sweeps down the spiral staircase to join her groom at the pond among friends and family. Vows are said and promises made in the light of the sun, with the sound of the gurgling water fountain and the chirp of the birds. Romantic? Oh yes.
Rain Room

Should Mother Nature decide to rain on your parade, fear not! There will be no shuffling the wedding off to a general hallway or public area at White Oaks. We book and confirm a “Rain Room” (Studio 10/11) and set up a beautiful ceremony room just in case. Talk about stress-free. Also perfect for a winter ceremony.
