For everyone’s ultimate spa experience, there are a few suggestions. Note we didn’t say absolute laws of the spa but following these few suggestions will improve your visit and of course, that of your fellow spa guests.
Our Spa is located downstairs in our concourse level. Please advise us when you are booking your treatment if you require accessible access. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for a stress free check-in. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we complete each experience punctually so the next client will not be delayed.
Absolutely, please call our Spa Reservations team to make any gender preference requests. All therapists are subject to change before arrival.
The degree to which you disrobe is dependent on the treatment. Your comfort is our priority so if you are shy we fully understand. Your privacy will be protected at all times; our spa therapists are experts in draping towels or sheets appropriately. Disposable undergarments are provided in some of our body wraps and glows.
Absolutely as long as your massage is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. Please note that we cannot issue insurance receipts for RMT services purchased by gift certificate/gift card.
You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well-scrubbed, and....you get the idea. The amount is left up to your discretion and is truly appreciated for a job well done.
All spa guests must be 13 years of age or older to enjoy the spa. All spa guests under 18 are required to complete a health history form signed by a guardian which can be printed and filled out prior to arrival.
It is also our policy that we do not allow children to accompany parents to spa appointments to ensure the ultimate experience to every guest. The resort provides day care services from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-3pm Sat & Sun should you need it.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment or a 50% charge will apply. For Spa Rituals or multiple services a 72 hour notice is required or a 50% charge will apply. If no cancellation is made a full charge will apply therefore a credit card number is required to reserve any and all spa experiences.
Our spa is a electronic free area. Please leave any electronic devices on silent and in your spa locker at all times. We wish to keep the spa a tranquil and relaxing area, and your privacy is very important to us. Please note... Unfortunately the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles therefore we ask that you leave any valuables at home or in your hotel room. Lockers are provided to each spa guest to stow away any personal belongings.
All guests of the Spa have full access to all hotel facilities including: the pool, hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Access to the fitness area in the club is available after a safety waiver has been signed.
Lunch and Dinner is served on-site. Play Urban Cafe is open for both casual lunch and dinner and LIV Restaurant is open in the evening for fine dining. For small snacks or drinks, our Spa Menu is available and delivered to you in the comfort of the spa.
Please arrive with natural nails. Our nail services do not include the removal, modification or application of Shellac, Gel or Acrylic nails or nail polish.
We reserve the right to modify or change the pricing on certain treatments or products without prior notification to ensure that the highest level of standard and quality are met.
Not only is your comfort our priority, your health is too. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services to avoid disappointment if there is a contraindication discovered upon arrival.
