The Club at White Oaks offers the Niagara region’s most inclusive membership with all services included in one fee. Yup, even classes and squash court fees. There are several options to suit every age, family dynamic and budget.

HPC Access
- Use of the Human Performance Centre facilities are exclusive to those with an upgraded HPC Membership or Members working with a White Oaks Personal Trainer. The HPC is monitored by camera and features secured doors that require a fob to gain entry.
  
  Please note that any Members found to forcibly enter the space or HPC Members that use their fob for Non-Members or Members without HPC privileges may result in formal disciplinary action. Such disciplinary action may include suspension of rights, Membership or Membership privileges, revocation of Membership, expulsion, and the involvement of appropriate legal authorities.

Facilities

The massive fitness facility at White Oaks leaves nothing out. Machines, equipment and space for all our offerings including temperature controlled classes, dedicated spin room, racquet courts, pool, gymnasium, modern yoga studios and more!

Endurance Lab

On our third floor, surrounded by windows, work it out on our cardio equipment without a wait. State of the art treadmills, rowers, ellipticals and stairclimbers.

Energy Lab

Strength training and weight equipment as far as the eye can see. Machines for every key muscle, as well as an essential selection of free weights.

- White Oaks Loyalty App Terms & Conditions:
- a)White Oaks Reward program awards points for each purchase made at White Oaks Resort and Spa and its outlets limited to: The Club (membership fees are excluded from points program), The Spa, LIV Restaurant, Play Bar & Grill, Grow Kitchen & Café, and The Hotel.
- b)Lease Partners located at White Oaks Resort & Spa do not participate in the White Oaks Rewards program and include: NZF Salon, Sports Medicine Clinic and The Health Shoppe.
- c)Points do not accumulate automatically. The responsibility of collecting points will be on the customer. Customers need to inform at the time of purchase by way of showing their app or their loyalty card to be scanned or swiped to allocate their purchase points to their account.
- d)Points have no cash value, are non-transferrable and awarded based on purchases made at White Oaks Resort & Spa only. Points cannot be combined with another customer's points.
- e)Reward options are subject to change at the discretion of White Oaks Resort & Spa.
- f)Rewards once redeemed are non-transferrable, and have no cash value. Must be used at White Oaks Resort & Spa as described. White Oaks reserves the right to change, or cancel the program altogether.

Children's Centre

At the Children’s Activity Centre within the Club at White Oaks, we give your children the opportunity to develop in a safe, warm and exciting environment. Your children get to participate in fun games, create crafts, experience an array of indoor and outdoor activities and meet new friends all while you get your workout in.

Activity Centre Pricing
- Members wishing to utilize the Children's Activity Centre may do so at a rate of $10 per 2-hour visit (1 child). Each additional child (same family) may join at a rate of $5 during the same 2-hour period.
