Our third floor is flooded with light and offers up a variety of cardio equipment that is unequaled in Niagara. The second floor weight room equipment is well-spaced and offers choices instead of waits.

Our Women’s Only Studio is a private, quiet haven for just the girls. Fully-equipped with cardiovascular training equipment including treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines as well as a full complement of weight training machines, free weights and core training tools. No boys allowed.
Personal Training
One on one workout sessions with a certified personal trainer can help you to improve your fitness, health and quality of life. Through encouragement and guidance, a trainer will assist you in determining your personal fitness goals and make a workout plan to help you get there. Your trainer can help you stay on track, measure your success and hunt you down when you go awol (just kidding!).

School Visitation Program
We work with schools to help introduce sports and other fitness activities to students in a professional setting. Options include racquet sports (squash, tennis and racquetball) or fitness classes (zumba, aqua zumba, circuit training, yoga and spinning). The Human Performance Centre at The Club at White Oaks is an athletic training mecca in Niagara and top tier facility for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages. Our coaches know the importance of speed, agility, strength, coordination and strategic programming for athletes of all kinds to reach their specific goals.

Enhanced Personal Training (1 on 1)
Amp up your training efforts with specialized equipment and a dedicated trainer in your corner. Utilzing all that the HPC has to offer, your trainer will incorporate assult bikes, sleds, battle ropes and more into your training program to push your limits and reach higher goals.
Individual Athlete Training (1 on 1)
The athletic trainer will assess the athlete and teach them how to move more efficiently, quicker, with more strength and power....improving performance.
Small Group Training (4-10 Athletes)
Small group training will provide all athletes with fundamental athletic development which includes speed, agility, strength, core rotational power, coordination, and flexibility.
Team Large Group (10+)
Training works in tandem with up-to-the-minute education to cover everything from nutrition to mental focus, as well as recovery, flexibility, and prehabilitation ...maximizing the potential of every team member.

Use of the Human Performance Centre facilities are exclusive to those with an upgraded HPC Membership (must be age 19+) or Members working with a White Oaks Personal Trainer. The HPC is monitored by camera and features secured doors that require a fob to gain entry.
Please note that any Members found to forcibly enter the space or HPC Members that use their fob for Non-Members or Members without HPC privileges may result in formal disciplinary action. Such disciplinary action may include suspension of rights, Membership or Membership privileges, revocation of Membership, expulsion, and the involvement of appropriate legal authorities.

Rock Steady Boxing
Studies have concluded that the intense exercise used in the Rock Steady Boxing methodology helps to reduce the progression of Parkinson’s. As part of its commitment to wellness, White Oaks is pleased to offer this ongoing program where participants meet three times every week.

Personal Trainers
We only put fully certified trainers on our roster of experts. Along with their canfitpro or other highly acclaimed fitness industry credentials, many of our trainers have additional certifications in group exercise and precision nutrition coaching along with their CPR and first aid training.
Innovative programming is delivered by our qualified team using cool training tools and techniques like TRX, BOSU, Equalizers, ViPR, Rip Trainer, Kettlebells, Med Balls, Kinesis, Integrative Manual Therapy and the list goes on and on! We know that getting matched up with the right trainer can make all the difference to your success, so you can even browse our team and their area of expertise to find one that speaks to your personal fitness journey.

Bio:
David graduated from Brock University where he completed a co-op with the Athletic Therapy Clinic working with varsity athletes. David then worked in the physiotherapy industry as a physiotherapist assistant and strength coach with a focus on return to play protocols. During the 2021 MLB off-season David interned under Eric Cressey (New York Yankees Director of Health and Performance) to assist in training MLB, MiLB and collegiate baseball players. In the 2022 NHL off-season David was hired by Gary Roberts to assist in training NHL, OHL and collegiate hockey players in Aurora.

David focuses on high performance training and rehab to give local athletes what they need to stay healthy and reach the next level of competition.

Rehab through Integrative Manual Therapy.
Bio:
IMT (PDF) is a non-invasive form of holistic therapy that can help with sports injuries, illness, heart & stroke rehab, auto-immune disorder, brain injury and migraines. Maura has great results!

Maura studies dance, likes to learn new languages and loves to travel.

Cameron has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years.Providing training and workout programs for amateur and professional boxers as well pro athletes.

Bio:
Dean has worked with athletes from various sports, people recovering from injuries and those looking to change their bodies for the better.

Dean almost became a police officer way back when.

Bio:
Anita has been active in the fitness industry for the past 30 years teaching a variety of fitness classes to diverse populations. She is a certified CanFitPro Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and has recently obtained her Nutritionist and Health Coaching certifications through ISSA. Anita’s passion lies in helping individuals to improve their overall physical and mental well-being. She believes in daily movement and a balanced approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

Anita recently retired from 25 years of teaching French, Italian and Fitness at the high school level.

Mario has been training at White Oaks since 2003 and really enjoys working with people of all ages and skill levels. He can be seen in the spin studio too.

Rebecca has been in the fitness industry since 1985 and brings a wealth of experience to her clients. She has a BA in Physical Education and enjoys training novice to highly skilled individuals.

Bio:
Kara completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Master's degree in Professional Kinesiology. She has an extensive background in athletics, including playing Division 1 soccer at Bowling Green State University and coaching for the Niagara College Varsity Women's Soccer team. She understands the importance of balancing fitness, personal, and professional goals and works with clients to build sustainable workout programs that suit the needs of their lifestyles.

Kara is also a Graphic Designer and Copywriter!

Bio:
Austin is a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer and graduate of Niagara College’s Fitness & Health Promotion program is Dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals. His experience includes working with a variety of clients, from bodybuilders and pro athletes to individuals with Parkinson’s disease, helping them to build muscle, lose fat, or simply build strength for daily life. Austin believes in tailored, results-driven training that helps people of all ages feel better, move better, and age gracefully.

Austin has trained and competed in multiple IFBB fitness competitions!

Bio:
Grace focuses on creating sustainable programs that help people feel their best both in and out of the gym. She works with all ages, including youth, to build strong foundations in movement and confidence. Grace combines strength training with yoga and pilates, which complement each other beautifully to support balance, mobility, and overall wellness. She earned her yoga certification in Costa Rica and brings a mindful approach to every session. Grace gained valuable experience interning under David Pow, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at White Oaks, which helped shape her approach to working with young athletes.

Grace is studying Political Science and is interested in pursuing a career in sports law.

Bio:
Colin graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Niagara College in 2025 where he was very grateful to do his field placement right here at White Oaks under David Pow for both semesters of his second year. He learned a lot and now he's happy to be part of the team and excited to help people meet their fitness goals.
Cool Fact:
Every winter, Colin and his cousin cut a hole in the ice at their family cottage to do cold plunges. For the rest of the year, he hits the sauna and/or steam room nearly every day.
