Movement Classes

Power Cycling

Get all of the benefits of indoor cycling – great cardiovascular workout, motivating instructor and music, all fitness levels accommodated as everyone arrives at the same destination together.

No more guessing about how hard you worked or how many calories you burned or whether you are getting stronger and fitter…our Keiser M3 Power Cycles have handlebar consoles that give you that information after every ride.

Yoga

Yoga at White Oaks is set in it’s own peaceful environment with candlelight and privacy. In our yoga studio, practice is guided by certified yoga teachers. There are a variety of levels and styles of practice to choose from as well as a yoga teacher training program. (additional cost)

Pilates

We offer both mat pilates classes and equipment based reformer classes in our light-filled pilates studio. Pilates mat exercises are performed in a seated, supine, prone or side-lying position and focus on developing strength through the core of the body. Continued pilates practice will develop core stability, and increase strength, flexibility and coordination.

Reformer Pilates

STOTT PILATES reformer classes incorporate the Reformer, jumpboards and the Pilates circles Reformer. Classes, taught by certified STOTT trainers, progress from Essential to Intermediate. These classes are a great way to take your training to the next level and challenge your core stability.

TRX

Enjoy all of the benefits of Personal Training – proven results, increased motivation and accountability, while saving money! Group Training can work with 4-10 people at a time and incorporates all of the great “group” spaces we have – the Energy lab, the Kinesis studio, TRX /Kettlebells in the HPC and the Endurance lab.

Waterworks

Bring your bathing suit and tuck your hair into your swim cap! Aquatic classes use the natural resistance of the water to produce an excellent workout for the entire body. The White Oaks pool is large and shallow with no deep end to allow our aquatic classes to spread out and have lots of room.
