Chevonn Cook is a retail/export manager for the fastest growing alcohol company in Canada Diamond Estates. One of the company's first five employees, Chevonn is responsible for Birchwood Estates, Dan Aykroyd Wines, East Dell Estates, Lakeview Cellars, and the newly acquired 20 Bees. On top of a B.A. Marketing Diploma, Chevonn has studied wine marketing at Brock University. With Eight years of working in the Niagara wine industry Chevonn has had the responsibility of conducting tours, training staff and absorbing the wine culture through tasting groups and wine education. Her career has also required her to travel, with just recently returning from Bulgaria where she spent the month of May (2008) representing Canada's wine Industry. Chevonn is excited about the future potential of the Niagara wine industry as it soars to new heights.

Wine Tasting Seminar - 1hr
Since the Niagara region boasts over 40 wineries, why not try some of them in this educational but fun tasting of a variety of Niagara's finest? In addition to discovering the history of winemaking in Niagara, you will learn how to taste wine, how to pair wine with food, and what to look for when purchasing wines, while sampling 4 to 6 Niagara wines. This lighthearted look at wine is suitable for Oenophiles of all levels, but especially valuable for those who have ever been intimidated by a server or maitre d'.
