How early sHould I arrIve?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in
order to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will cheat
you of precious minutes of your service as we end each session
punctually so the next client will not be delayed.
Can I request a male or female tHerapIst?
Definitely. The Spa offers both female and male therapists.
do I Have to dIsrobe entIrely?
The degree to which you disrobe is dependent on the
treatment. Your privacy will be protected at all times;
therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly
over areas of the body not involved in the treatment.
ConsIderatIon
The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the quiet
and privacy of other guests.
are gratuItIes InCluded In tHe prICe?
In appreciation to your therapist for outstanding service,
gratuities may be given at your discretion as they are not
included in any single services. Gratuities are included in
all Spa Rituals and will be added to all group bookings.

age requIrement
Minimum age for guests on the Spa premises is 13. If under
18, a health form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
CanCellatIon polICy
Individual Services require a 24 hour notice or 50%
charge will be applied.
Spa Rituals and multiple services require a 72 hour notice
or 50% charge will be applied.
Groups of five or more require 14 days notification.
If no cancellation is made a full charge will apply.

In order to provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask
that you fill out a health assessment form. This will allow
our Spa therapists to be aware of any medical conditions
that may affect your treatment.

Are available for any services or packages. Order by phone
or in person.
