STOTT PILATES reformer classes are held in our Pilates studio and incorporate the Reformer, jumpboards and the Pilates circles.There is padding for comfort, springs are attached to add resistance to the exercises to further challenge your core strength and stability.
Reformer classes progress from Essential to Intermediate level and are taught by certified STOTT pilates trainers. These classes are a great way to take your training to the next level.
