
The new Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) came into effect January 1, 2004. PIPEDA relates, in part, to personal information specific to our customers which is collected, used and sometimes disclosed in the course of our business activities

Our website does collect non-personal information from on-line visitors in order to measure the number of visitors to the site and identify the type of internet browser and operating system; this information allows us to continually improve our site.
Our website may contain links to other sites owned by third parties as a convenience to users. White Oaks has no control over, and is not responsible for the content found on external sites. If you decide to access these sites, you do so at your own risk.
Reservations made on our website are secured through 128-bit encryption to maintain your privacy. Email addresses are never sold or traded.

As part of our regular review of all of our policies and practices, we may change our privacy policy from time to time.
