At White Oaks, we offer both mat pilates classes and the equipment based reformer classes in our beautiful light-filled pilates studio. Pilates mat exercises are performed in a seated, supine, prone or side-lying position and focus on developing strength through the core of the body. You learn core stability, gain strength, flexibility and coordination.
Mat pilates classes are included with your membership and are offered throughout the day. Check our Schedules page for the best time to suit you!
