Imagined in response to a world searching out healthier, cleaner food choices, Grow specializes in bringing together culinary art, education, wellness and the ultimate in nutrition. With a menu committed to sustainability, primarily vegetable-based, that is vibrant, ethical and minimally processed, the delicious food is deeply rooted in health, innovation and local partnership.

In addition, Niagara College Horticultural students design the gardens, and nurture the organic “crops” right here on property, to provide Grow with the absolute freshest ingredients with which to craft your plate. Produce will be picked in the peak of its season and surplus is preserved for sale in our grocery. Try some honey from our own apiary!

      White Oaks Resort has steadily become a culinary destination within the Niagara Region, boasting three very different in-house dining experiences including four diamond LIV Restaurant. The backbone of our culinary success, of course, is our incredibly talented team of Chefs. This amazing department cooks up delicious and inspired dishes for thousands of guests each year and is always striving to create new and exciting menu items for you to enjoy.

      Winemaker Martin Werner - Ravine Vineyard

      Born and raised in Niagara-on-the-lake, Marty Werner grew up on his family’s 60-acre farm on Lakeshore Road working the vineyard each summer nurturing vineyards and creating small-batch wines. Martin has over 10 years of experience crafting premium wines in Ontario, New Zealand and California. In 2014, Maclean’s Magazine named Martin one of the “Winemaker’s to Watch” based on his exceptional winemaking style and strong passion to create high-end biodynamic and organic wines.

      Winemaker Bruce Nicholson - Inniskillin Wines

      Born and raised in the Niagara Peninsula, Nicholson studied Sciences at Ryerson University and University of Windsor followed by an apprenticeship in winemaking. He has since become Canada’s most awarded winemaker thanks to his distinctive and defined wines. Nicholson is dedicated to his career goal of staying true to the individual characteristics of the varietals while ensuring that it reaches its maximum potential while paying attention to both the science and the art of winemaking.

      Winemaker Marco Piccoli - Jackson-Triggs Winery

      Marco grew up in Northeastern Italy in one of the world’s most established wine regions, he specialized in agriculture in high school and worked at local wineries as a cellar hand and progressed to cellar management and assistant winemaker. He earned a joint Masters Degree in Grape Growing and brings enviable knowledge and skills to his work at Jackson-Triggs having worked on numerous vintages over the past 10 years in Italy, Germany and Argentina.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the restaurant had a special greeting and quote for us in our menus. We were also offered a glass of champagne upon arrival. Everything was wonderful, the restaurant is beautiful and stylish and the food and service lived up to expectations. The flavours were sumptuous.
