Athlete Training Programs
A) Small Groups (2-9 athletes)
Small group training allows more one on one time with your athletic trainer and ensures all athletes are at the same skill level. You will receive all of the programming, mental skill training, nutrition, rest and recovery advice that you would with a large group.
B) Team/Large Groups (10 individuals or more)
The overall goal of the Human Performance Centre is to maximize athletic performance. To help assess and increase the wide variety of skills and motivational levels of larger groups, the athletic trainers employ a variety of coaching methods.
c) Young Athlete Training
We teach young athletes how to move more efficiently, quicker, with more coordination, strength and power, all of which will lead to a lesser chance for injury.
