Indoor cycling
$200.00 + GST (Max 20 participants per class)
This indoor cycling class is conducted on Cycle Ops stationary bikes with Power Taps with certified instructors. These classes are 45 or 60 minutes in length and are suitable for all levels of riders. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders can all ride together by setting their own pace and designing their own individual workout. Participants will experience an all terrain ride with hills of different sizes combined with flat stretches of road. Instructors will also include speed training and jumps to test stamina and to rejuvenate the minds of the participants.
ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body. while working the heart. You do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. All students feel comfortable knowing that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party and the music!
Latin Fusion

Latin Fusion is a blend of spicy Latin steps to rhythmic Latin vibrations... a little cha-cha, a touch of mambo, drumming beats of meringue, a sensual taste of bachata, a provocative combination of cumbia and samba, and of course some spicy salsa!!! This one hour class will unite "hips" of all ages and transform ladies into "mamacita's", and gentlemen into "papacito's" !!!
Core Blast

Total Body

In this Total Body workout you will develop both strength and stability as you are challenged with various resistance training and balance training tools. The emphasis of this class is on teaching proper movement mechanics while developing strength performing functional exercise. The participants will also learn a wide variety of techniques that can be incorporated at home.

A tough hour of regimented drills presented by 2 lieutenants and 1 chief corporal that is sure to get people moving and sweating! Use of circuit training, stability balls, core boards and interval training is included. Instructors can be men or women or a combination.
Circuit Guru’s

This exciting hour of challenging training, involves speed, agility, power and core focus. This craze is sure to get your heart rate up, get you sweating and give you a total body workout!
