Let's Start at the Beginning
Each participant will receive a comprehensive heath, fitness and lifestyle assessment designed to determine their individual areas of need. The results of these assessments will be used by a certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach to develop a personal action plan designed to optimize the participants' health in accordance with their lifestyle. Each participant will leave with a personal health "report card", a snapshot of their current health status, as well as a complete lifestyle program specifically designed for them. They will also receive on-line support from their Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach to ensure that their lifestyle transition occurs as successfully and seamlessly as possible.

Various tests will be performed to determine current fitness level and disease risk stratification.
- Blood pressure and resting heart rate
- Body Composition*
- BMI*
- WHR*
- VO2 Max - a measure of cardiovascular efficiency
- Flexibility assessments
- Musculoskeletal assessments
- Postural assessment
*The combined results of these tests will be used to determine the participant's current risk of developing lifestyle related illnesses such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome or cardiovascular disease.
The Next Step
"Personalized Exercise Prescription [the program]"
A comprehensive exercise program, based on the results of the above tests, will be designed by a certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach, essentially each participant's Personal Coach. The Personal Coach will teach each and every exercise to the participant as well as thoroughly explain and teach all of the components of the exercise program and how they should be progressed. The participant will leave with a detailed program complete with pictures, that can be successfully followed at home or in a gym setting.
The Personal Coach will also provide on-line support over the following 6 months to encourage compliance and effectiveness. At this point, each participant will return to White Oaks to meet with their Personal Coach to receive their follow-up assessment and their new Health Report Card, complete with the necessary program modifications to continue with their health, fitness and lifestyle improvements.
All Together Now
"Group Seminars"
The participants will attend lifestyle support seminars specifically designed to increase their awareness and education regarding their own personal health and wellness and to also provide them with the necessary lifestyle skills needed to improve their current health status and overall personal productivity.
The seminars are designed to provide the participant with hands-on information that they can implement immediately into their every-day lives to reduce their stress levels, increase their energy levels and improve their health. Finally, the participants will receive a seminar designed to teach them how to implement all of the information they received over the previous 2 days and how to incorporate this education into their new healthier, more productive lifestyles.
