- White Oaks enjoys a 100% smoke-free environment
- Check-in time is guaranteed for 4:00pm. If your room is available prior to 4:00pm we will be happy to check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to use the facilities. While you may certainly request an early check-in, we are unable to guarantee this request.
- Check-out on the day of departure is by 11:00am. Should you wish to have a late check-out please ensure you request this with the front desk upon arrival.
- Regrettably, the Spa is not wheelchair accessible.
- A strict no pet policy is enforced.
- Minimum check-in age is 18 (proof of identification may be required)
- Cancellation of Room
Reservation- If a cancellation is received
within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be
responsible for one night's room and tax, as
well, as any applicable package and/or add-on
elements, which are non-refundable (ie. Green
fees, spa treatments, theatre tickets).
