  • White Oaks enjoys a 100% smoke-free environment including all guestrooms
  • Check-in time is guaranteed by 4:00pm. If your room is available prior to 4:00pm, front desk staff will be pleased to check-in your party. Otherwise, your luggage could be stored safely, while you browse and use our facilities. (early requests for check-in are accepted but not guaranteed)
  • Check-out on the day of departure is by 11:00am. Should you wish to have a late check-out please ensure you request this with the front desk upon arrival.
  • Regrettably, the Spa is not wheelchair accessible.
  • White Oaks does not allow pets/animals. A strict no pet/policy is enforced. (exceptions made for service pets/animals)
  • Minimum check-in age is 18 (proof of identification may be required)
  • Cancel a room reservation, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival is required by phone or you are responsible for the room and taxes for the first night. (as well, charges for any applicable package add-on elements, which are non-refundable (i.e. green fees, spa treatments, ,wine tours, theatre tickets) are your responsibility.
