The Spa is a place of relaxation and comfort so please observe the following considerations.

+ HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for a stress free check-in. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we complete each experience punctually so the next client will not be delayed.
+ CAN I REQUEST MALE/FEMALE THERAPIST?
Absolutely, but please do so at the time of booking to ensure your request is met.
+ DO I HAVE TO DISROBE ENTIRELY?
The degree to which you disrobe is dependent on the treatment. Your comfort is our priority so if you are shy we fully understand. Your privacy will be protected at all times; our spa therapists are experts in draping towels or sheets appropriately. Disposable undergarments are provided in some of our body wraps and glows.
+ INSURANCE RECEIPTS FOR MASSAGE?
Absolutely as long as your massage is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. Please note that we cannot issue insurance receipts for RMT services purchased by gift certificate/gift card.
+ ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED IN PRICES?
You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well-scrubbed, and....you get the idea. The amount is left up to your discretion and is truly appreciated for a job well done.
+ AGE REQUIREMENT
All spa guests must be 13 years of age or older to enjoy the spa. All spa guests under 18 are required to complete a health history form signed by a guardian which can be printed and filled out prior to arrival. It is also our policy that we do not allow children to accompany parents to spa appointments to ensure the ultimate experience to every guest. The resort provides day care services from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-3pm Sat & Sun should you need it.
+ CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment or a 50% charge will apply. For Spa Rituals or multiple services a 72 hour notice is required or a 50% charge will apply. If no cancellation is made a full charge will apply therefore a credit card number is required to reserve any and all spa experiences.
+ WE CARE
Not only is your comfort our priority, your health is too. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services to avoid disappointment if there is a contraindication discovered upon arrival.
