SPA ETIQUETTE

To ensure that you and those around you reap
the full benefits of your Spa experience please
read the following etiquette tips.

SPA RESERVATIONS In order to accommodate all your service choices, may we suggest making your reservations as far in advance as possible. A credit card is required to guarantee your services. All service bookings are made at the Spa – extension 1502.

AGE REQUIREMENT Minimum age for guests on the Spa premises is 13. A health form must be signed by a parent or guardian under the age of 18.

CANCELLATION POLICY Individual Services require a 24 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied. Spa Rituals and multiple services require a 72 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied. Groups of five or more require 14 days notification. If no cancellation is made a full charge will apply.

PROMPTNESS Arrive early, at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your Spa service. Unfortunately, no matter how late you start, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Full charge will apply.

SERVICES In order to provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask that you fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our Spa therapists to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES Are available for any services or packages. Order by phone, fax or in person.

PRIVATE TREATMENT SUITE For those individuals Spa-ing together, who enjoy individual attention and complete privacy, treatments can be booked in our luxurious private suite. Ask our Spa programmers for more information.

  • Cell phones are prohibited in the Spa.
  • All prices on single services are exclusive of tax and gratuities.
  • The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • Regrettably, we are not wheelchair accessible.
