From May 10 to 12, the Peel Secondary School Vice Principal's Association had their annual professional development meeting at White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa.
Responses from the evaluation, which we ask participants to complete, all came back with "the food was outstanding, the service exceptional, the facility beautiful and the experience rewarding and relaxing".
When I asked more specifically what makes this location so different from the others which we have used, they said it was how they were treated by members of the hospitality team at White Oaks. Porters, front desk associates, the concierge, cleaners and servers., "they look you in the eye and you can tell they are genuine and care about doing things for me".

other venues with excellent ambience, great food and
plush rooms, but if the service is lacking, the event
will suffer. Their "All-Day Coffee Break" program is
