Welcome to the Learning Institute at White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa! At the Learning institute we have developed a wide variety of team building, skill enhancing and recreational activities that will create a whole new learning experience for your delegates.

The Learning Institute was created with one mission in mind:  to enhance the overall conference experience through hands-on programs which promote and develop new knowledge in a creative and stimulating environment.  Our programs incorporate aspects that most employees do not have time for.  Each program follows the strategy “learning by doing”; bringing out the excellence in delegates as they are placed in a modified and unique learning environment.  We utilize the natural surroundings of our Resort, providing a wonderful setting for group development. 

One SIZE does NOT fit all…
All of our programs can be modified to suit your needs.  Be it the focus of your retreat or an opportunity to enhance your conference agenda.  Programs can also be customized to incorporate your company theme, focus and/or purpose. 

Through a proper needs assessment, our Experiential Educators will come to learn and understand the groups’ dynamics ensuring a properly designed program is executed satisfying both its mission and objectives.
