Indoor Cycling

Conducted on stationary bikes with Power taps, this class is lead by a certified instructor and can be 45 or 60 minutes in length. Beginner, intermediate and advanced riders can all ride together by setting their own pace and designing their own individual workout. Participants will experience an all-terrain ride with hills of different sizes combined with flat stretches of road. Instructors will also include speed training and jumps to test the stamina and to rejuvenate the minds of the participants.


Relieve the stress of the workplace with an hour of spiritual, mental and physical fitness. We can offer Hathta Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Kripalu Yoga.


A Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create dynamic, exciting and effective exercise! This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body, while working the heart. You do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. Ditch the workout, join the party!

Total Body

In this total body workout you will develop both strength and stability as you are challenged with various resistance training and balance training tools. The emphasis of this class is on teaching proper movement mechanics while developing strength performing functional exercise. The participants will also learn a wide variety of techniques that can be incorporated at home.

Circuit Gurus

This exciting hour of challenging exercise involves speed, agility, power and core focus. This craze is sure to get your heart rate up, get you sweating, and give you a total body workout!

Personal Training

Experience an hour of individual attention from one of our certified professional fitness coaches. Your coach will design an appropriate exercise regime taking into consideration your needs and then take you through your workout. This is a perfect time to have your fitness concerns addressed, take on a new lifestyle or enjoy being pushed to your limits. You can even book time within our Human Performance Centre.

Racquet Sports

Play tennis, squash or racquetball in our world-class fitness facility.

Seminar Options

The Professional Sitter
Participants will learn some real-life tips to break up the sedentary nature of sitting as well as simple exercises that effectively strengthen and/or stretch all of the muscles needed for a healthy spine.

Fit for Performance
This seminar teaches the fundamentals of health and performance by maintaining a healthy body and avoiding the pitfalls of the fast-paced world we must perform in.

Nutrition 101
This seminar is designed to cover the fundamentals of nutrition and eating well. By teaching participants the benefits and functions of the nutrients available to them, they will learn to feed themselves in a more nutritious and healthy manner.
