Conducted on stationary bikes with Power taps, this class is lead by a certified instructor and can be 45 or 60 minutes in length. Beginner, intermediate and advanced riders can all ride together by setting their own pace and designing their own individual workout. Participants will experience an all-terrain ride with hills of different sizes combined with flat stretches of road. Instructors will also include speed training and jumps to test the stamina and to rejuvenate the minds of the participants.

The emphasis of this class is on teaching proper movement mechanics while developing strength performing functional exercise. The participants will also learn a wide variety of techniques that can be incorporated at home.
